						Directions:
						Combine Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, jalapeno pepper, allspice and ginger.  Mix well to create marinade.  Put steak in shallow non-aluminum dish and pour 1/2 cup of marinade over steak, turning steak to coat both sides.  Refrigerate, covered, for 6 hours or more.  Refrigerate remaining marinade.  Remove steak at cooking time and discard marinade.  Grill, basting with remaining marinade, 16 minutes for medium rare or more for desired doneness.
