Smoked Turkey And Strawberry Salad

Smucker's Strawberry Jelly

red wine vinegar

lemon peel, grated

|

Salad: |

baby spinach

deli smoked turkey breast, cubed
|

| 1-1/2 |

fresh strawberries, sliced
|
|
|
| 1 |
can |
(11 oz.) mandarin oranges, chilled and drained

|

slices |
red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings

Directions:
Dressing:
In small saucepan, combine jelly, vinegar and lemon peel. Cook over medium high heat until jelly is melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 minutes.
Salad:
Arrange spinach, turkey, strawberries, oranges and onions on 4 salad plates; serve with dressing.
